Eric and Amanda got married in the beautiful Meyer’s Castle in Dyer, Indiana. Meyer’s Castle is one of the most unique, breathtaking venues in Indiana with its gothic, castle-like architecture, lush greenery, and resident peacocks adding splashes of color and luxury. This venue was the perfect place for Eric and Amanda to celebrate their love and begin the rest of their lives together.
They originally met in Chicago at a workplace bible study that Eric had started. After some initial attraction and months of building a friendship, Eric finally asked Amanda on a date.
They went through several months of long distance dating as Eric moved to New York for work and Amanda spent time abroad, before finally reuniting in the Windy City. As soon as Amanda returned to Chicago, Eric proposed and they began planning their elegant wedding day.
We had such a great time hanging out with Eric and Amanda capturing their Story Session at the Chicago Riverwalk and the Ohio Street Beach. Their wedding day was absolutely perfect: beautiful weather, surrounded by family and friends (and a couple peacocks), united in holy matrimony.
